🛡️ Responsible Gaming
At NeonCash, we're committed to providing a safe and fun gaming environment. We believe responsible gaming is a shared responsibility between us and our players. Below you'll find tools, resources, and self-assessment tests to help you stay in control.
Gambling Should Always Be Entertainment
Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun and starts feeling like a necessity, please use our self-exclusion tools or reach out to a support organization. You are never alone.
Session Limits
Set a maximum session time in your account settings. Once reached, you'll be automatically logged out and reminded to take a break.
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can only be lowered instantly — increases require a 72-hour cooling period.
Loss Limits
Set a maximum amount you allow yourself to lose over a period. Once reached, you will not be able to place further bets until the period resets.
Cool-Off Period
Take a short break from gambling — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, login is disabled but your account and funds remain safe.
Self-Exclusion
Permanently close your account and block access. This cannot be reversed for at least 6 months. All bonuses are forfeited upon exclusion.
Reality Checks
Receive regular pop-up notifications showing how long you've been playing and how much you've wagered. Awareness is the first step to control.
🔍 Signs of Problem Gambling
- Spending more money or time gambling than you intended
- Gambling to escape problems or relieve anxiety or depression
- Chasing losses — gambling to win back money you've lost
- Lying to family or friends about how much you're gambling
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
- Neglecting work, school, or family responsibilities
- Feeling restless or irritable when not gambling
- Failed attempts to cut back or stop gambling
If 3 or more of these apply to you, we strongly recommend taking a break and reaching out to a support organisation.
