Terms & Conditions

To use NeonCash, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• Online gambling must be legal in your country of residence. NeonCash does not accept players from prohibited jurisdictions.
• You may only maintain one account per person. Duplicate accounts will be permanently banned and balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate registration information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination.
• You must complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before withdrawals are processed.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account and all activities that occur under it:

• You must keep your password confidential. Do not share it with anyone, including NeonCash staff.
• NeonCash will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
• NeonCash cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
• We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your account settings.

• The minimum deposit amount is equivalent to $10 USD. There is no maximum deposit limit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is $20 USD equivalent.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification on your account.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 0–2 hours of request submission.
• You must deposit using the same cryptocurrency you intend to withdraw in.
• Sending the wrong cryptocurrency to a deposit address will result in permanent, irrecoverable loss of funds.
• NeonCash reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be withheld if suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or AML triggers are detected.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the following conditions:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time. New deposits while a bonus is active will not generate additional bonuses.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets.
• NeonCash reserves the right to void bonuses if abuse, collusion, or irregular betting patterns are detected.

NeonCash uses provably fair cryptographic algorithms for all in-house games. Players acknowledge:

• All game outcomes are determined by a provably fair SHA-256 algorithm that can be independently verified.
• Displayed RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are theoretical and calculated over millions of rounds. Individual session results will vary.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, all bets placed during the malfunction may be voided and stakes refunded.
• The decision of NeonCash management regarding disputed game outcomes is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal activities.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain.
• Sharing accounts with another person.
• Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with our platform.

All content on NeonCash — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, animations, and the NeonCash name and brand — is the property of NeonCash and its licensors, protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any NeonCash content without prior written permission from NeonCash management.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NeonCash is not liable for any losses resulting from gambling activities on our platform.
• NeonCash is not liable for losses due to internet outages, device failures, or third-party service interruptions.
• NeonCash's total liability to any player in any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim.
• We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

NeonCash reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be deactivated).

Upon account termination, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded within 14 business days (subject to KYC completion). Bonus balances are forfeited upon termination.

NeonCash is committed to responsible gaming. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that:

• Gambling should be treated as entertainment only, not as a source of income.
• You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
• You have the right to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits at any time.
• You have the right to self-exclude from our platform permanently.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which NeonCash is registered and licensed.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through our support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration decision shall be final and enforceable.

You agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated by NeonCash and waive any objection to the venue of such proceedings.

NeonCash reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via:

• A prominent notice displayed on the NeonCash homepage.
• An email to your registered email address at least 7 days before changes take effect.

Continued use of NeonCash after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must close your account before the effective date.
